these are the costs for shipping packages in
Italy :
- pickups will be a 15*15*15h cm package and the cost with express courier will be 10€ weight <500 gr
- pickguards will be a 35*35*25h cm package and the cost with express courier will be 15€ weight <1 Kg
Europe :
- pickups will be a 15*15*15h cm package and the cost with express courier will be 25€
- pickguards will be a 35*35*25h cm package and the cost with express courier will be 35€
Outside EU :
- pickups will be a 15*15*12h cm package and the cost with express courier will be 30€
- pickguards will be a 35*35*25h cm package and the cost with express courier will be 40€
- packages are delivered by GLS courier for Italy, DHL for outside Italy
- The orders may have delays in the fulfilling depending from the sales volume and/or from models that take longer time to build.
- Before any purchase we ll show you the extimated lead time (if expected), so you can decide if to wait or not.
Warranty
All our pickups are guaranteed to be free from manufacturing defects and this warranty naturally applies only to the original purchaser. All pickups are scrupolosely tested at every stages during the manufacturing process anyway we back up the right to fix a problem if one occurs.
If you have purchased the pickup through a dealer, please contact them directly, instead pickups purchased pre-installed as “Original Equipment” on manufacturer’s guitars must be handled directly with the luthier.
Disconnecting the leads at the pickup or removing the coil tape will void the warranty. Breaking the solder joint on pickups with metal covers will void the warranty. Obvious abuse, misuse, or other alteration of the pickup will also void the warranty.
