We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, however, if you are not satisfied with your pickup, you may exchange it within 14 days of purchase. Please note that mostly the issues are usually solved by email correspondence or a phone call so please check our general questions and FAQ for a correct installation and a proper set up of our products or mail us for any question please.
Any factory defective product will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, upon inspection.
Pickups must be returned in “as new” condition and not altered or damaged in any way. We cannot be responsible for any mistakes or damages made by an installer or technician. For cut lead wires there is a 20€ per pickup re-wire fee. For scratched pickup covers, there is a 10€ replacement fee plus the cost of the cover (cost varies from 20 to 30€). A restocking fee of up to 20% may be incurred for items returned in non-original condition.
Pickups purchased from a dealer must be exchanged with that dealer and are subject to the dealer’s in-house exchange policy.
We do not exchange pickups that have been purchased pre-installed as “Original Equipment” (OEM) like through luthiers and / or shop purchased instruments.
No returns on shims, compression rubber, slug and screws.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
All exchanges must be shipped prepaid please allow up to three weeks for your exchange to be processed.
Please write us a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information: Reason for exchange, invoice number, date of purchase, name, address, phone number, and email address.
You will be issued via email if your exchange qualifies. Wrap the pickup in bubble wrap or other suitable material that provides protection and cushioning. Enclose the cushioned/wrapped pickup in a sturdy box – make sure the pickup will not “bounce around”, which causes scratches and other damage.
Note: Mounting screws should NOT be packed in direct contact with the pickup. Tape mounting screws to the outside of the pickup after it has been wrapped up – on the underside – away from the cover.
Enclose a note inside that includes the following: Reason for the exchange (tone, fit, exchange, a warranty issue, etc.), what you would like to exchange it for, and a copy of the original receipt. Return shipping will be charged on all exchanges. We are not responsible for returns we don’t receive.
